Does MSP offer terms?
MSP does offer terms and you are welcome to apply in our accounting section you can send your request to accounts@mspdata.com, we offer Net1, Net7, Net15 and Net30 for qualified customers.

Can MSP source a product that is end of life or obsolete?
MSP can source end of life, obsolete and even constraint products. We have a network of worldwide partners so if a part is not available in the USA we may be able to source it in Europe and Asia.

We accept all major Credit Cards, Paypal and also COD is available.

How do I open an account with MSP?

Where do I send RFQ?
You can direct all RFQ’s to your dedicated sales rep, if you do not have a sales rep please email sales@mspdata.com. All RFQ requests are replied within 24 hours of receipt. Most of the time we respond within minutes on email or instant messenger. We are also more than happy to quote you over the phone so you can call us anytime Monday to Friday 9 am to 7 pm eastern time.

Can you blind drop-ship?
Yes we blind drop ship every day and we make sure it’s done right!

Can you ship internationally and what carriers do you use?
Yes, we ship worldwide using Fedex, UPS and DHL

How do I return something or get RMA?
Please fill the RMA form online and we will issue an RMA within 24-48 hrs of request. Please do not return anything without RMA # from us.
