Today, at the Transact 15 show in San Francisco, Intel announced acollaboration with Ingenico Group to combine Intel technology with Ingenico Group secure payment technology for secure, connected mobile payment solutions. Together, the companies will develop a mobile tablet that supports EuroPay, MasterCard and Visa (EMV) and NFC payments. The tablet will feature Intel® Data Protection Technology for Transactions , which offers end-to-end protection of customer data from the moment a card is presented to information stored in the cloud.
