Intel Capital Launches $125M Fund to Invest in Women and Underrepresented Minority Entrepreneurs

NEWS HIGHLIGHTS Intel Capital announced the Intel Capital Diversity Fund – the largest of its kind – to invest $125 million in businesses led by women and underrepresented minorities. The fund launches with investments in four companies – Brit + Co*, CareCloud*, Mark One*, and Venafi* – across a wide spectrum of industries, including the Internet of Things, the maker movement, cloud computing and cybersecurity. Chip Shot: Intel Honored for Girls’ and Women’s Empowerment and Gender Equality Efforts

Intel was awarded with the first ever Corporate Contribution and Leadership Award by the Global Connections for Women Foundation (GC4W) for its continuing commitment and progress made in girls’ and women’s empowerment and gender equality.
